Meet Asphalt, a nine-year-old Mini Poodle/Bichon mix weighing 13 pounds.

Don’t let his senior status fool you—this sweet gentleman still has plenty of pep in his step! Asphalt came to us after possibly being hit by a car, but thankfully he’s doing well and gets around remarkably well for a senior.

Asphalt is a friendly guy who enjoys being around people and is ready to find a comfortable home where he can enjoy his golden years. He is not currently leash trained, so his future family should be prepared to help him learn at his own pace and provide a safe, secure environment while he gets the hang of it.

Like any senior pup, Asphalt will benefit from some extra TLC as he ages. A dental cleaning is recommended moving forward, along with routine senior veterinary care. He’ll also need regular grooming to keep his coat from becoming matted and uncomfortable.

If you’re looking for a gentle, lovable senior who deserves a cozy place to call home, Asphalt may be just the guy for you.
