House-trained: Working on it. He will potty outside when taken out and prompted, but does not signal yet and can have accidents if not taken out regularly.
Crate Trained: No. He is very uncomfortable in a crate, so we have avoided crating him.
Leash Trained: Yes! Walks great on leash and LOVES walks!

About Buddy
Buddy is an incredibly sweet, affectionate and cuddly little guy. He can be very timid and anxious initially, so he needs a patient adopter who will give him time to feel safe. Once he trusts you, he is incredibly loving and wants to be close to his people.
Having another dog around has helped his confidence tremendously, so he would do best with another calm, confident, playful dog who is gentle and not pushy with him.
He LOVES walks, playing fetch and toys. Living with a cat has apparently rubbed off on him because he also loves playing with wand toys . He has a goofy little personality and the cutest underbite that makes him even more adorable.
Buddy when prefer someone be around most of the time as he does have a bit of separation anxiety and will bark when left alone. We haven't left him for more than about two hours, so this is something that will need to be worked on gradually.
He has come such a long way and is genuinely such a sweet little dog. He just needs a patient family who will give him time to settle in, work on his training and let his loving, goofy personality come out.

Our adult dog adoption fee is $350 (with $5 processing fee if paid by card) and fee for pups under 4 months old is $400 (with $5 processing fee if paid by card). Adoption fee includes spay or neuter, rabies, DAPP and Bordetella vaccines, deworming, microchip, heart worm test and lifetime registration.
