Louie is a medium‑energy, playful, affectionate little poodle who brings joy everywhere he goes. He warms up quickly, loves attention, and has a bouncy, fun personality that makes him a delight to be around. Louie enjoys being outside, running around, and playing with other dogs — he would be thrilled to have a canine friend, though he can also thrive as an only dog.

Must have: A loving home that enjoys his playful, curious nature.

Exercise: Moderate — outdoor play, walks, and time to explore.

Best with: Most homes, with or without kids, with or without another dog.

Not ideal for: Homes without time for training and structure.

Energy level: Medium — active, cheerful, and affectionate.

Louie is still working on crate and house training and needs continued guidance on leash manners. He can be vocal at times, especially when excited, but he responds well to gentle redirection.

Good with dogs: Yes — especially small dogs; selective with larger dogs.

Good with kids: Yes — friendly and playful.

Cats: Yes.

Fun fact: If Louie is outside alone, he’ll scratch at the door — he loves being with his people and dog friends and wants to be part of the fun.

Dogs can’t drive - and since we’re busy taking care of them, we can’t either! Please check your potential BFF’s location and make sure you’re comfortable traveling to meet them.
