Meet Rolo!

Adult-Only Home Preferred
This animal would do best sharing a home with adults only.

Rolo is an absolutely adorable little poodle mix who weighs about 11 pounds and has been with us since June 25.

I truly believe someone was not kind to this little dog in his past. It has taken him some time to understand that he is now surrounded by love...by people who want nothing more than to help him become the happy, confident little dog he was always supposed to be.

And he has come such a long way.

Rolo gets along well with other dogs, and he now lets me pick him up, hold him, and cuddle him. He really is the cutest little peanut.

What Rolo needs is a patient home with someone who understands that trust may take a little time. Give him the opportunity to settle in, learn that he is safe, and build that relationship at his own pace...and I think you’ll have a very special little best friend.

Rolo did test positive for Chagas but he is doing great on treatment. It's completely curable and nothing to be afraid of. Dogs move on to have happy, healthy long lives once they are treated.
