Hi there! My name is Aries, and I can't wait to meet my new best friend!

I'm a 4-year-old Pomeranian Mix with a fluffy brown and apricot bicolor coat, a handsome long coat, and a pair of big soulful eyes that people say are impossible to resist. I may be a little shy when we first meet, but give me a little patience, a few kind words, and maybe a tasty treat, and you'll quickly discover the sweet, loyal pup hiding behind my fluffy face.

I'm friendly, affectionate, and love spending time with my favorite people.
I enjoy attention but I'm also perfectly happy entertaining myself or relaxing while you're busy.
I'm comfortable around children, but because I can be a little reserved at first, I'd do best with supervision around kids and would truly thrive in a calm, adult-focused home.
I ride beautifully in the car and love joining my family on adventures.
I'm crate trained, appear to be housetrained, and can be left alone comfortably.
I know how to sit on command and was even learning how to lay down! I really enjoy training because treats and praise make learning so much fun.
I am not recommended for a home with cats, so I'd be happiest where I don't have any feline roommates.

Life is full of fun when you're with me! I love going for walks, exploring new places, sniffing every interesting smell I can find, digging in the yard, zooming around outside, and riding along on car trips. A fenced yard would be wonderful so I can safely stretch my legs and enjoy the sunshine. When playtime is over, I'm all about the cozy life. You'll often find me curled up in a soft blanket, my cozy bed, my crate, the couch, an armchair, your bed, or—if you'll let me—right in your lap. I especially love ear scratches, chin rubs, gentle head bumps, greeting my favorite people at the door, and following you from room to room just to keep you company.

Some of my favorite toys are Nylabones, squeaky toys, and plush toys. As for snacks...I won't say no to hot dogs, soft training treats, peanut butter treats, strawberries, watermelon, carrots, or other crunchy vegetables! I eat a regular quality diet and happily graze throughout the day when I'm hungry. To keep me looking my handsome best, I'll need regular brushing and professional grooming. Daily walks, plenty of exercise, and fun mental activities help keep both my body and my mind happy.
