Meet Abby!

Abby is a 7–8 lb Pomeranian girl who is simply ADORABLE and an absolute joy to have around! At just 5–6 years old, this little girl is discovering how wonderful life can be.

Abby was purchased by a family during COVID and, like many dogs from that time, she didn’t have many opportunities to experience the world or socialize. But this girl is a quick learner! In just one week with her foster mom, Abby is acting like she has been there forever. She has blossomed into a happy, affectionate little companion who is ready to keep discovering all the good things life has to offer.

When Abby arrived, her coat was severely matted, so she had to be shaved down completely. Now she gets to start fresh, and we can’t wait to see her beautiful Pomeranian coat grow back with the love and care she deserves.

Abby is crate trained, dog friendly, and doing wonderfully with her house training. She is learning to walk on a leash and absolutely LOVES getting outside to sniff and explore. Watching her experience walks and all the sights and smells of the world for what may be the first time is pretty darn special.

Abby came to us with her “sister,” Lizzy, although they are not related. We would LOVE to see these two girls adopted together if the right home comes along, but we also understand that bonded pairs can be difficult to place. The good news is that they seem perfectly comfortable apart, so Abby would be happy joining a home of her own.

This sweet little Pomeranian is ready for a family who will continue showing her just how wonderful life can be. Abby has so much love to give, and we think her best days are still ahead!

The Pomeranian is a small dog breed known for its vibrant personality and fluffy coat. Originating from Pomerania in Central Europe, these dogs are intelligent, alert, and exceptionally friendly, making them excellent companions for both individuals and families. Pomeranians require regular grooming to maintain their luxurious double coat, which can come in various colors. Despite their small size, they are lively and confident, often displaying a curious nature and playful demeanor that endears them to their owners.
