Nutella - Pit Bull Terrier Dog for Adoption in York, Pennsylvania

Hi, I'm Nutella! I'm a big, handsome guy who was adopted from the shelter last year and recently found myself back looking for a new home. Here at the shelter, I've consistently been a sweet, affectionate boy who enjoys pets, belly rubs, treats, and taking plenty of time to sniff and explore. I know some basics like sit and down, walk pretty nicely despite being a strong guy, and I've even done well participating in playgroups with other dogs.

In my previous home, I demonstrated some discomfort with being forcibly corrected, so my future family should be mindful of my handling sensitivities and focus on positive reinforcement. I'll also need a family committed to helping me continue working on my house training with patience, consistency, and plenty of rewards when I get it right. I also have a chicken allergy and need to stick with a chicken-free diet.

I'm a big, lovable guy with a lot going for me, and I'm looking for someone who will give me the patience, kindness, and consistency I need to thrive!
