Meet Marni: A Little Mystery with Lots of Love

Hi, friends! I’m Marni, a 10-month-old Pit Bull Terrier mix weighing 47 pounds, and I’m on the hunt for the family who will make my next chapter the best one yet!

I’m a happy, social, playful girl who loves being around people. I came to Heartland through the Pound, so my past is a bit of a mystery. But here’s the good news: whatever my past may have been, I’m ready to focus on my future!

Because my history is unknown, we don’t know yet how I’ll feel about living with other dogs, cats, or children. If you have furry friends or kiddos at home, slow introductions will be important so we can take our time getting acquainted and make sure everyone is comfortable.

I’m also still working on my house training. I’m partially house trained right now and making progress, but I’ll need a patient and supportive family who will help me master this important skill. I really do want to be the best girl I can be, and I think a little encouragement and consistency will go a long way!

And remember, I’m still a puppy! That means I have plenty of energy and I’m ready to put it to good use. If you enjoy an active lifestyle, I’d love to be your sidekick for walks, adventures, playtime, and all the fun you can dream up.
