Meet Doris!

Doris is a sweet girl who is learning that life outside of the shelter can be full of love, comfort, and companionship. During some one-on-one time together, Doris showed just how much she enjoys being around people. She wasnt interested in treats or toys during our visit, but she was very happy to soak up attention and affection from her human friends.

Doris knows how to sit, walks nicely on a leash, and took care of her business outside like a good girl. She enjoyed relaxing on the couch and happily rolled over for belly rubs, showing her gentle and affectionate side.

While walking back to her kennel, Doris wasnt a fan of the other dogs barking at her and let them know she had something to say too. However, she was easily redirected and calmly went back into her kennel without any issues.

Overall, Doris did very well during her time out and showed us that she is a loving dog who would enjoy a home where she can be part of the family. If youre looking for a sweet companion who loves attention, belly rubs, and spending time with her people, Doris may be the perfect match for you!
