Carl - Pit Bull Terrier Dog for Adoption in Warrenville, Illinois

Carl is an approximately 5-year-old, bicolored pittie who is a loving blockhead cuddle bug ready to find his forever family.

Carl may have had a rough start as an owner surrender, but this sweet boy still loves life and is ready to share that love with his very own people. Big family, small family, apartment, or house...Carl isn't asking for much! Just a comfy place to nap, a few short walks, and someone to love him as much as he'll love them.

And trust us, Carl has plenty of love to give. He's a total cuddle enthusiast who would happily stick by your side whenever possible. He's also surprisingly thoughtful for a professional velcro dog and can understand when his humans need a little breathing room.

Carl has been wonderful with kids ages 4 through the teenage years, enjoying running, playing, and snuggling with his little and big human friends. He's a smart boy who's doing well with basic commands, and he's already crate-trained. He also happens to love a good car ride.

When it comes to other dogs and cats, Carl tends to live in his own little world. He hasn't shown much interest, positive or negative, so thoughtful introductions are always the way to go when meeting potential furry housemates.

Carl's ideal day would include a little stroll, a nice nap, a car ride if you're feeling adventurous, and plenty of quality time with his favorite people. He's proof that the best things in life don't have to be complicated.

If you're searching for a smart, affectionate, easygoing companion who will happily share your space and fill it with love, this handsome boy might just be your perfect match.
