**MEET JIMMY!**

Jimmy is an adorable **2-year-old, 45 lb, neutered pittie mix** who just needed a little time to figure out that the world isn't so scary.

New things can make him nervous at first, but give him about five minutes and suddenly he's climbing into your lap asking for love and scratches. His favorite thing isn't toys or squeaky balls - **it's his people...and REAL food.**

Jimmy participated in shelter playgroups with both male and female dogs. At first, he spent much of his time looking for an escape because he was unsure of everything around him. But with time and confidence, **Jimmy actually became a playgroup helper!** He seemed to do best with easygoing male and female dogs.

Jimmy walks fairly well on leash, is incredibly affectionate once he feels safe, and is currently thriving in a foster home.

This sweet boy doesn't need much just someone willing to continue building his confidence and show him that he's safe and loved.
