Hera - Pit Bull Terrier Dog for Adoption in Turlock, California

WELCOME HERA

A few weeks ago, we rescued Hera from the euthanasia list at Stanislaus Animal Services along with her son. Sadly, this was her second or possibly third time in the shelter. She had previously been left behind in a home and, before that, was living with homeless people and found tied up.

This girl had been failed enough. We wanted rescue to finally give her the chance she deserves.
Hera was listed as 10, but we believe she's to 6-8 years old and 60-70 lbs. She's a sweet, loving girl with an old soul and plenty of life left in her. She did great with other dogs at the shelter and loves exploring, being with her people and working for treats.

She's still adjusting to crate time and new sights and sounds, but with patience, consistency and love, we know she'll blossom

Hera is currently with our friends at RFRD Academy in San Jose and needs a foster home. Cats and small kids are unknown.
