Meet Penn Station!

Penn Station may have just a little bit of crackhead energy... but underneath all that chaos is a really, really good boy with a whole lot of love to give!

Penn Station is full of energy, enthusiasm, and personality. He's still new to TAR, so he hasn't had the opportunity to be formally dog- or cat-tested yet. That said, he does well walking past the other dogs in our dog room, which is a promising start!

Penn Station actually has quite the history with us. Three years ago, he was thrown over our fence along with seven other dogs. After finding his way into a home, he was recently returned to TAR when his owner moved out of the country.

Now he's looking for his next chapter-and hopefully his forever one.
