Vienna - Pit Bull Terrier Dog for Adoption in Stratham, New Hampshire

VIENNA

Pit Bull Terrier
🇺🇸
Stratham, New Hampshire
June 17th
female, large, baby

DESCRIPTION

Vienna (approximately 11 pounds) & her sister Corn Dog were transferred to the NHSPCA from an overcrowded shelter in Texas. These adorable babies are VERY sweet but a bit anxious about learning about the big wide world - they can be hesitant to go through doorways and get worried when they hear unexpected noises. Vienna is a cuddler who adores people & loves to be close to them. She is easily encouraged by snack treats, and if you can't already tell this from her photo, she ADORES stuffed toys. She could definitely use more socialization to help her be less initially concerned about things, but luckily she's going to have her own person or family to help her with that! Vienna gets along great with her sister, and she LOVES other dogs. In fact, we think that she'd do best in a home with a confident adult dog to show her how to properly BE a dog. We suspect that Vienna will be 35-45 pounds when full grown, but this is not an exact science, so please take the estimate with a grain of salt. Come meet our charming little Vienna sausage - she would love some cuddle & play time!

If you'd like to meet Vienna and all her friends at the New Hampshire SPCA, please visit our Adoption Center during our open hours: 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. every day except Wednesdays (closed). Plus, this summer, we will be open until 7:00 p.m. on Thursdays! Have questions? Call (603) 772-2921 ext. 110 or email info@nhspca.org today.
