Meet Rose!

Rose came to us as an unclaimed stray, and when she arrived, it was clear she had been through a rough time. She was pretty underweight and suffering from some severe skin issues. Thankfully, with some much-needed care, we believe we’ve gotten her skin issues under control, and Rose is feeling SO much better.

And now that she’s feeling good, we’re finally getting to see the real Rose.

This girl is an absolute sweet honey. She loves getting scratches and will happily show you just how adorable her zoomies can be when she’s excited! She loves to play, although she can get a little mouthy during playtime, so she’ll need someone willing to continue working with her on appropriate play.

Rose has definitely shown interest in other dogs, but we wanted to give her time to get healthy and comfortable before introducing her to canine friends. She has not been officially dog-tested yet.

When she’s not zooming around or playing, Rose is perfectly happy to snuggle up with her people. She has such a sweet personality and is really coming into her own now that she finally feels better.

Rose has already come so far. Now she just needs someone who will continue to show her what it feels like to be loved, cared for, and truly home.
