He is up to date on vaccinations and will be neutered soon. Rooster doesn't seem to mind cats and may do well with other dogs, especially with proper introductions.

On walks, Rooster is eager and excited-sometimes he jumps a bit just because he's so happy! He would benefit from a confident owner who can help guide him and teach him how to channel that enthusiasm into good leash manners.
