Jasper is a sweet, high-energy pit bull mix, estimated at just under a year old (DNA results pending — we'll update his profile once they arrive!). He's affectionate, incredibly smart, and gets along wonderfully with both people and other dogs.
Jasper's start in life wasn't easy. A few months ago, he was abandoned by his previous owners — a witness saw a car pull up, let him out, and drive away. Thankfully, a team of dedicated volunteers was able to rescue him that same day. Though understandably frightened at first, Jasper has blossomed into a joyful, resilient companion, and it's clear he's ready to trust again.
