Hi, I'm Gossamer.

I was rescued from Chicago Animal Care and Control, and now I'm ready to find the family I've been waiting for.

My foster says I'm an amazing girl. I'm house-trained, crate-trained, incredibly smart, and a total cuddle bug. I love belly rubs, playing fetch, and learning new things (especially if treats are involved!). I already know sit, down, and paw, and I'm always eager to please.

I'm looking for someone who understands that trust takes a little time. Slow introductions, especially with new men, help me feel safe, and once I do, I'm one of the sweetest, most loyal dogs you'll ever meet.

I'm also working on my leash manners every day and making great progress.

All I want is a family who will be patient, love me, and let me show them just how special I am.
