Hi, I’m Mel!

I’m an 11-month-old Pittie mix with a big heart and the sweetest soul. I can be a little bit timid when I’m in new situations or meeting new faces, but as soon as I warm up, I am an absolute cuddle bug. I love to stick close to my people for comfort and support; there’s nowhere I’d rather be than right by your side. If you're looking for a devoted, snuggly little companion to join your family, I’m your girl!

I might be sweet and gentle, but I’m also super smart! I’m already housetrained and know a few commands, and since I’m very food motivated, I’m always eager to learn more if you have some treats handy. When I’m not practicing my manners or getting snuggly, I love playing with toys! Every single toy is a good toy in my book, and playing is a great way to help me show off my fun, happy side.

I also do well around other dogs, though it’s recommended that I meet any potential dog siblings before going home just to make sure we’re a great match. If you have a warm home, a cozy spot on the couch, and plenty of love to give, I would love to meet you!
