Izzy is a senior girl with a big personality, a lot of life experience, and a very specific idea of what makes her happy. She isn't interested in sharing her space with other animals and would do best as the only pet in the home. She also has a high prey drive, so a home without small animals is a must.

What Izzy loves is simple: freedom to roam, a comfortable place to relax, and people who understand that not every dog fits neatly into a box. She has her quirks, and we've learned to love every one of them.

Storms can be scary for Izzy, and she'll need a family willing to help her feel safe when the weather turns rough. She isn't looking for a busy household or a picture-perfect lifestyle. She's looking for patience, understanding, and a place where she can simply be herself.

Izzy has been a beloved resident at Noah's Arc, and she will always have a place with us. We are perfectly happy to continue caring for her as a sanctuary resident for as long as she needs. However, we also know that sometimes the perfect person comes alongsomeone who sees a dog like Izzy and understands exactly what she needs.

Maybe that's someone with a quiet property. Maybe it's someone experienced with senior dogs. Maybe it's someone who believes that every dog deserves a home, even if they're a little unconventional.
