If Beanie Babies suddenly came to life, we're pretty sure one of them would look exactly like Eeyore.
This teeny little girl is almost too cute to be real. Between her tiny puppy paws, irresistibly squishy face, and soft little body, she looks like she belongs on a collector's shelf instead of running around wrestling with her siblings. But don't let those innocent looks fool you... underneath all that cuteness is a tiny princess with a big personality who's already convinced life is meant to be one giant adventure.
Watch her video and prepare to completely fall in love with this real-life Beanie Baby: https://youtu.be/K-g_mkJzWVQ?si=GR6YVu47QHztkb95
Eeyore is approximately 1 month old, currently weighs around 3 lbs, and we believe she may be a Pittie mix or may even have some chihuahua mixed in too. She has 4 siblings and if you look at her siblings, you can see they are all unique with their own special characteristics. Perfect timing to enter the reference, ""life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get."" You can also see a picture of mom as well and she's only about 18lbs! So we do know, this litter has some small genetics mixed in there somewhere. As with any rescue animal, breed is always a bit of a mystery, but one thing we know for sure is that Eeyore is 100% adorable.
Like any young puppy, Eeyore's personality is still developing as she grows, but she's already making quite the impression. She loves to play with her siblings, enthusiastically investigates every toy she can find, and has somehow decided that anything within reach has the potential to become a brand-new game. Life is simply more fun when you're Eeyore, and she's determined to make sure everyone else knows it too.
If we had to describe her in one sentence, we'd probably call her a tiny princess in training... emphasis on the training. She's got just the right amount of adorable sass to keep everyone laughing, the confidence to be the first one checking out something new, and the kind of expressive little personality that makes you wonder what thoughts are running through that tiny puppy brain. We have a feeling she's going to grow into the social butterfly of the family. The dog who's always ready to greet new friends, confidently explore wherever life takes her, and keep everyone entertained with her funny little opinions along the way.
One of our favorite things about Eeyore is that beneath all of that spunky confidence is an incredibly sweet little girl. She's the perfect combination of playful and affectionate, happily bouncing from wrestling with her siblings to curling up for one of those classic puppy naps. Right now, life revolves around eating, playing, sleeping, and repeating the whole routine all over again, which, if you ask her, is a pretty perfect schedule.
Because she's still just a baby, every day brings new experiences that help shape the wonderful dog she'll become. One of the greatest joys of adopting a puppy this young is getting to watch those little pieces of their personality continue to unfold. We're already seeing so many wonderful qualities in Eeyore, and we can't wait to see the confident, funny, loving companion she grows into.
Eeyore is still very young and will need a family that's ready to commit to all the time, patience, training, and socialization that come with raising a puppy. Establishing routines, providing structure, setting healthy boundaries, and introducing her to the world through positive experiences will all help her grow into a confident, well-rounded adult dog. We require our adopters to begin crate training as soon as their new puppy comes home, as it plays an important role in potty training, learning good habits, managing puppy energy, and helping puppies feel safe and secure.
If you've been searching for a puppy with the personality to keep you laughing, the confidence to make every day an adventure, and the looks of a real-life Beanie Baby, Eeyore is ready to become your newest best friend. Just be prepared... this tiny little princess may have already planned all of your future adventures for you
