DESCRIPTION
Blancho (A143235) is a 2 year old Pit Bull/Alaskan Husky mix that weighed 40lbs at intake! 08/28/26 Blancho and her 5 puppies were surrendered to the shelter due to the prior owner being unable to keep her safely restrained. Unfortunately, there was very limited information given about Blancho and her puppies, but everyone has been very social and friendly towards the care staff. Blancho may not have any experience walking on a leash and will need patience and time to work on her manners and obedience skills. Due to her history of trying to escape it is important that her new owners keep her safely restrained. Blancho appears to do well with other dogs, but her experience with children or other pets is unknown. Please ensure that you are performing those introductions in a slow, safe, and controlled manner. If you are interested in meeting with Blancho, please let us know!
