This handsome man is Hershey!

Hershey is a middle aged pup who recently found himself at FDHS through no fault of his own, and we are very determined to find this silver snouted sweetheart his forever home.

Mr. Hershey is the whole package and then some! He's friendly with kids and other animals, house-trained, well mannered on leash, and perfectly happy to explore in a fenced yard. Let's be real, he's already checked off quite a few boxes on the "perfect dog" application.

Shelter life has been a little stressful for Hershey, but you'd never know it by the way he interacts our staff and volunteers outside of the kennels. This guy is an absolute angel baby who is sweet, gentle, and ridiculously easy to love. Needless to say.. he's become a pretty quick favorite around here.

What Hershey really wants is pretty modest: a home where he can soak up all the love, snacks, belly rubs, and cozy couch to cuddle up on after a long day.
