Clifford - Pit Bull Terrier Dog for Adoption in Columbia, South Carolina

Meet Clifford, the real Big Red Dog! Though, everyone around here just calls him Red. This handsome 5 year old pittie mix is our longest resident EVER, having now spent over 2 years with us since we rescued him and a group of other dogs from a rural Florida shelter devasted by the 2024 hurricanes. Red's spent most of his life in a rescue setting, and he is so greatly deserving of a forever home.

Red is a housetrained, well mannered, eager boy who just exudes happiness! He spends his days playing in the yards, going on walks, and getting spoiled by his favorite staffers. Red is an easy guy to love. He gets along with other dogs, though prefers the female side of things with dogs and people. After slow, proper introductions, he can get along with just about anyone! He loves stuffy toys and snuggling on the couch with his favorite ladies. Red has a WAIVED adoption fee, meaning the only thing standing between him and a forever home is finding his perfect people!

We promised Clifford that the rest of his life, would be the best of his life. Could that be with you?
