CHARLOTTE - Pit Bull Terrier Dog for Adoption in Bowling Green, Ohio

CHARLOTTE was originally brought to the shelter as a stray and was found to be positive for distemper. She spent some time at the humane society recuperating and is now well and ready for her new home!

CHARLOTTE was adopted briefly recently but was returned the next day because the family admitted it was an impulse decision and they really did not have time for a dog. CHARLOTTE was adopted again last week, but was returned because she wasn't housebroken and because the other dogs in the family did not like her.

CHARLOTTE is estimated to be 1 1/2 years old, she weighs 31 lbs, she is spayed, fully vaccinated and heart worm negative! CHARLOTTE is a super sweet girl who looks like a puppy, but is estimated to be about 1 1/2 years old. CHARLOTTE is a really nice, super sweet, friendly, lovable girl who still has a lot of young dog energy and loves to play! An active family who will give her the mental and physical exercise she needs would be perfect!

CHARLOTTE does not seem to be housebroken, so she will need your help with that, but she's a smart girl and will do her best to pick that up as quickly as possible!

CHARLOTTE has been fine around the other dogs at the shelter, but nothing is known about how she is with kids or cats since there are neither there. Please bring your kids, dog(s), and even your cat(s), if possible, to the shelter for a meet and greet with the help of the warden or deputies just to be sure everyone gets along before taking CHARLOTTE home!
