Reba - Pit Bull Terrier and Black And Tan Coonhound Dog for Adoption in Beavercreek, Oregon

Reba is a puppy that arrived to Oregon from Oklahoma recently in pursuit of a loving family. Even puppies in Oklahoma are not able to find homes and end up growing up in rescue and shelters so we decided to help Reba on to a better life in the Pacific NW.

- Approximate date of birth is 3/21/26 and Reba weighed 31 pounds on 8/24/26. We believe she will likely top out around 60 pounds as an adult but we cannot guarantee size at maturity.

- Our best guesses on breed mix are Pit Bull and some type of hound. Reba has a long nose and long ears, she is just such a droopy faced, unique pup!

- Good with other dogs and fostered with another adult dog and puppy who are teaching her the ropes of living in a home for the first time.

- Good with cats and fostered with a cat

- Good with kids and fostered with a 3 year old child

- Learning crate training

- Potty training is coming along but she is still a young puppy in transition so supervision and routine will be necessary to finish out her potty training.

- Sweetheart girl who has a soft temperament and wants someone to love and be loved by.

- We prioritize homes who value socialization, training, enrichment and structure for our puppies. It's important to us that they mature into well mannered adult dogs.

Reba is vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and current on flea/tick/heart worm prevention. Her adoption fee includes her spay between 7 months to 1 year of age. We encourage adopters to wait until 1 year of age to allow their large breed puppies to have their growth hormones longer so that their joints can property fill out and they are less at risk of orthopedic issues as adult dogs. Reba's adoption fee also includes a free wellness exam at one of our partner veterinary clinics in Oregon City, Portland, Milwaukie or Tualatin.
