Rescued from a high-kill shelter in Texas, Bubba is now ready to trade the kennel for a lifetime of cuddles and "boops" on the nose.

The Ultimate Companion Bubba’s favorite hobby is "longing." He will sit at your feet and stare up at you with pure devotion, as if he’s making up for every second of affection he missed out on before. He is a master of the "sit" command—not just for treats, but often just to take a moment on a walk to soak in the smells and views. He is a true "velcro dog" who loves to lay at your feet (or right on top of you!) to make sure he’s as close as possible.

Playful & Polite Don't let his chill vibe fool you—Bubba has a fun-loving side! He is great on a leash, loves a good game of fetch, and is obsessed with his toys. He is a "quiet" player who is perfectly content to keep himself entertained or follow the lead of his foster siblings. He is a "monkey see, monkey do" kind of guy who loves doing whatever the other dogs in the house are doing!
