male, large, adult
DESCRIPTION
Ryker was found as a stray. He was severely matted and had to be shaved. When shaved, he was found to be covered in ticks and fleas under the heavy, matted coat - amazingly he was heartworm negative. Poor beautiful boy! He really is a looker. He is good with dogs but would not do well with a dominant one and would love to be the only dog just to soak up all the attention. He is about 3 years old and weighs 62 lbs. He is a snuggler! Great with children and all he wants is to be loved on. When picked up, 6-7 year old child was walking him around the yard on a slip lead - he didn't pull, he just walked gently with the child. He is social and wants to be with his person - during transport, he maintained contact with driver by placing a very large paw on driver's arm for the entire trip. He is just the best dog! He loves, loves affection and giving it back in return.
