If you’ve ever dreamed of having a beautiful Newfoundland but would rather rescue than purchase from a breeder, Finley may be the boy you’ve been waiting for!

Finley appears to be a purebred Newfoundland, and he is truly one of the sweetest, most lovable boys you’ll ever meet!

When Finley was found, he was in heartbreaking condition. He was skin and bones, severely underweight, and missing much of his beautiful coat. We have no idea what his life was like before coming into our rescue, but one thing is certain — this sweet boy had not received the love and care he deserved.

Since joining our rescue, Finley has been making an incredible transformation! We’ve watched him slowly gain weight, regain his strength, and blossom into the magnificent dog he was always meant to be. He’s now a little over 100 pounds and still has some weight to gain! We guess his age to be under 2 years old.

And his personality? Absolutely wonderful! Finley loves other dogs and even attends doggy daycare several times a week, where he enjoys spending time with his canine friends. He’s also living in a foster home with another dog and doing beautifully.

Despite everything he’s been through, Finley has the sweetest disposition. He’s a big, lovable gentleman with so much love to give.

We absolutely adore this boy, and after everything he’s endured, we want nothing more than to see him in a wonderful forever home where he’ll be cherished for the rest of his life.

Finley has already survived the hard part of his story. Now he deserves the very best chapter yet — a family of his own!

If you’ve been waiting for a Newfoundland to steal your heart, look no further. Submit your adoption application today and give this incredible boy the happy ending he deserves!
