8-month-old Lotus turns everyone's heads! This gorgeous girl looks like a wolf pup and is truly too cute to put into words! Not only is she adorable, she is also incredibly smart and has quickly mastered commands while she was living in a foster home. Lotus is best friend to all dogs! Here is what her foster mom had to share about her:

"If you're looking for brains and beauty Lotus is your girl! She knows SIT, TOUCH, DOWN, COME. She is extremely food motivated making training enjoyable and rewarding. Lotus is the star of the neighborhood. Our nightly walk usually turns into a multi- stop event with neighbors coming to visit and feed her ego of how adorable and well mannered she is. This high energy girl enjoys car rides, meeting new people and unlimited zoomies in the yard."

One of our volunteers manages a doggie daycare and took our pretty girl for a week so she could have some play and social time out of the kennel. They have loved having her there and report she is quiet in her kennel, loves toys and enrichment, and has made friends with every dog and human she meets!

Our Duchess is already on the path to make an incredible adult dog and we hope she can find her forever home soon! Don't miss your chance on meeting this beauty, we know she'll be scooped up fast!

Lotus' adoption fee is $300. This animal is spayed, and is up to date on core vaccines appropriate for their age.

They will need a Heartworm test between 6-7 months of age at the adopter's own vet.

Since she is a puppy, any adopter should anticipate needing to work on housebreaking and other training using positive reinforcement training only.

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
