Hi, I'm Zoey!

My smile goes for a million miles — which is exactly how far I can run! Don't worry, though, I won't run away from you. After a hard day of play, all I want is to snuggle up with you, because I've earned it!

I'm very active, but I'm just as content watching you go about your morning or afternoon routine while I entertain myself. I have learned to give you my best puppy dog eyes while you're busy, though — just to make sure I get some extra attention! I even love hopping into my crate for a little rest all on my own.

I'm still working on my manners when I get excited to say hi — I used to jump up a lot, but I'm learning that I get way more love by keeping all four paws on the ground!

I am eager to please and eager for attention, in whatever form it comes.

The birds, rabbits, and squirrels around here haven't caught on yet — they just run and fly away instead of sticking around to chat. Don't they know how to have a conversation?!

My tongue isn't just for panting — it's also for giving you all the kisses you could ever want. I'll wrap my paws around yours and keep you close... as long as there aren't any socks or Crocs nearby to distract me. I swear, “I thought that was a toy!” comes out of my mouth (sort of) way too often. They taste great — you should try it sometime! (Kidding. Mostly.)

I always go potty outside, where I like to take care of business — and I definitely mix business with pleasure.

I love big dogs and little dogs alike, though the little ones have a hard time keeping up with me. I can be a bit of a bull in a china shop around other dogs, and sometimes on leash too — but I'm working hard with my foster mom on not overpowering her on our walks. I think she's just afraid of getting as ripped as I am. What a punk!

I need a home that's active, both physically and mentally. I do just fine on my own, but I love frequent playtime with other dogs — and I'd be thrilled to have a sibling my size to keep me company all day, though I don't need one to be happy. A fenced yard would be amazing, but I'm great on a leash too. Either way, I know I can lead you to happiness for the rest of forever, if you'll just say yes and adopt me!
