DESCRIPTION
Foster to Adopt- pending neuter
Have you ever wished for a gentleman caller who asks for nothing but love in return?
My name is Bonchon, and I came to C.A.R.E. as a stray from Chicago Animal Care and Control. I did not have a family looking for me, but I am hoping that changes now. I am a happy guy with a wonderful, easygoing spirit, and I carry myself with the manners of a true gentleman.
I am a great size, not too big and not too small, which makes me an easy fit for just about any home. I love people with my whole heart, and I love other dogs just as much. Introduce me to a new friend, human or canine, and I will greet them with nothing but warmth.
Right now, I am working through a small upper respiratory infection, so I am staying away from other dogs until my treatment is complete and I get the all clear. I also still need to be neutered, so I am looking for my person through a foster to adopt arrangement while I take care of these last steps. It simply means my someone gets to bring me home now, and we get to finish this small chapter of my story together before it becomes official.
I am ready to trade a shelter kennel for a couch, a routine, and a family of my own. Will you be the one to give me that soft place to land while I get healthy and become the dog I am meant to be?

ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
