Zazu - Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in San Francisco, California

Meet Zazu, a sweet and affectionate 13lb pup who's happiest when he's close to his person. He loves going for walks, doesn't pull on leash, and is polite when meeting other dogs. When he gets excited, you might even catch him doing an adorable little bunny hop!

At home, Zazu is a cuddly companion who loves napping near his person, with occasional playful bursts and toy chewing sessions. He's smart, treat motivated, and already learning his basic commands. He's also making great progress with crate training and has even started going into his crate on his own. And if you're looking for a pup who appreciates affection, Zazu frequently rolls over for belly rubs!

This sweet pup enjoys other dogs and would be happy to have a canine buddy who's ready to play, but he'd also be perfectly content as a solo dog. Groups of larger dogs can sometimes feel a little overwhelming for him, but he looks to his person for reassurance and settles nicely with their support.

He is working on finalizing his house training and learning to feel comfortable when left alone. He's already making great progress and showing that he's a sweet, adaptable boy who's ready to keep learning with a patient family. (RZ)
