Olympus - Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in San Francisco, California

Meet Olympus!

Puppies are adorable, but raising one is a big commitment! Medium-to-large breed puppies grow quickly and will need consistent training, socialization, exercise, and guidance to help them become happy, well-adjusted adult dogs.

Puppies need frequent potty breaks, playtime, supervision, and opportunities to learn. An adult must be available to be home every 2-3 hours to meet a young puppy's needs. This is not a dog who can be left alone for a full workday.

As he grows, he will need daily exercise, mental enrichment, ongoing positive training, and plenty of patience as he navigates all the new experiences of the world. Training and socialization are especially important during puppyhood and must continue as he matures.

Please remember that this adorable little puppy will grow into a medium-to-large dog who will need your time, attention, exercise, and commitment for years to come. If you're ready for the work, the fun, and everything in between, raising a puppy can be an incredibly rewarding experience!

Estimated adult weight is 60+ pounds, no guarantees.

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
