DESCRIPTION
Hi there, I'm Bessie, and I'm ready to be the breakout star of your life! I came to the shelter as a stray, but think of me as a method actor preparing for my big role in your family. I'm a chill girl who absolutely aces the fundamentals: I walk great on leash, I'm quiet and well-behaved in my space, and I've got the kind of laid-back energy that makes everyone around me feel at ease. Sure, I get a little excited and wiggly when I meet new people because I'm genuinely thrilled about life, and sometimes new situations make me a touch nervous, but that just means I'm ready for a director who can help me shine with patience and love. What I'm looking for is a co-star who understands that the best performances come from a safe, nurturing environment where I can grow into my confidence. I loved those turkey treats during my audition at the shelter, and I'm eager to show you all the wonderful scenes we can create together. With some time, gentle guidance, and a little TLC, I'm convinced we'll create an award-winning partnership. Are you ready to give me my big break and write the next chapter of my story?
I am full grown at ~54lbs.
How did I get here? Transferred from Johnston County Animal Shelter where I was a stray.
*I will be spayed before I can have visits and go home.*
~My adoption fee is $125.00.~
ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
