Jordy - Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Palm Springs, Florida

November is National Adopt a Senior Pet Month and what better way to kick that off than to post a very deserving senior, who is completely overlooked.

Meet Jordy. This darling 10 year old & 25lb boy joined our rescue after being found as a stray with severe burns on his back. We tracked his owner who without hesitation, surrendered him to our care. He received the care he needed and is a healthy boy, but with some scars on his back.

Jordy is everything perfect. He is a huge lover boy, GREAT with dogs and GREAT with cats- He is fostered with both! He is a super gentle boy who is quick to steal hearts. His demeanor is just incredible and he loves belly rubs and adventures - He did wonderful traveling to New York this summer with his foster mom.

Jordy is seeking a forever home where he can spend his golden years, where he will be loved endlessly and be included. We have posted him before, he has been in our rescue for 9 months and sadly, he has only ever received one inquiry but they ghosted our contact efforts. Whoever adopts little Jordy will surely be hitting the jackpot, he is everything perfect!

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
