Ew, David! What are we supposed to do with this much cute?
Meet the Schitt's Creek Litter : David (M), Johnny Rose (M), Patrick (M), Stevie (F), Ted (M) and Twyla (F).
They're only 2 months old, but their personalities are already coming through loud and clear. And we love that journey for them. Their foster tells us:
David is the sensitive one. Of course he is. Please respect his emotional boundaries.
Johnny Rose is a big, dopey goofball who's just happy to be here.
Patrick is the boss. Someone has to keep this operation running.
Stevie has a little sass, but she's also a snuggler. She'd probably prefer you not make a big deal about that.
Ted is easygoing and a bit of a loner. Just a nice guy doing his own thing.
Twyla is, in her foster's exact words, a "sasshole." We could elaborate, but we'd rather not mess with perfection.
And if you're wondering what exactly these little Rosebuds are, the DNA results are in! Our takeaway? Just fold in the cheese. We mean breeds. All of them.
They're a wonderfully Schitty mix of 25% American Staffordshire Terrier, 25% Labrador Retriever, 23% American Pit Bull Terrier, plus smaller amounts of Bulldog, Great Pyrenees, German Shepherd Dog, Australian Shepherd, Boxer, Golden Retriever, Weimaraner, Chow Chow and American Akita.
And one thing is 100% clear: small is temporary. They're expected to reach 44-77 pounds full-grown, with the boys likely landing toward the higher end and the girls toward the lower end.
Soon, these six will be checking out of the Rosebud Motel and into forever homes, where their families will get to say: You're simply the best.
Each puppy's adoption fee is $275 and includes their spay/neuter, microchip, age-appropriate vaccines and heartworm/flea/tick preventatives. Meet-and-greets will be scheduled with approved adopters.
