Spare Tire - American Staffordshire Terrier and Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Olathe, Kansas

Start your engines!

Hit the gas, because we're ready to go full throttle with the Car Litter. Blinker Fluid (F), Dipstick Diva (F), Hydro-Licks (M), Spare Tire (F) and Turbo (M) are 2-month-old pittie mixes who'll be 30-40-pound low-riders.

They won't help you winterize your vehicle , but they'd love to zoom through life right by your side . Each of them has a white racing stripe on their chest, a constant reminder that they have hearts full of love to give. These puppies have been in foster with their mama Car-Boo-Rator, and they like to run those short little legs wherever they can go . Snuggles and naps are another of their favorite things to do , so they're hoping someone will cradle them softly as they drift off to sleep .

Sound like they're about your speed? Well, buckle up and fill out that adoption form! Each of them will come to you spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines and microchipped. They're also current on heartworm/flea/tick preventatives. Their adoption fee is $275. Meet & greets will be scheduled with approved adopters.

The American Staffordshire Terrier, also known as the Amstaff, is a medium sized, muscular breed known for its loyalty and courage. Developed in the United States, they are intelligent and affectionate dogs, making them great family companions. With a distinctive short coat and strong build, American Staffordshire Terriers are often misunderstood due to their past as fighting dogs, but they are actually loving and playful pets when raised in a nurturing environment. They thrive on human interaction and are eager to please their owners.

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
