Please note, dogs in the Freedom Tails program will be in training for up to 12 weeks. During that time, it is the goal for the dog to be able to pass either the AKC K9 Good Citizen test and certification, or the Puppy S.T.A.R. certification.

Hi, I'm Rex! I'm a Doby mix who is super smart and curious; I get along with just about everyone. Chewing is my favorite! I have quite a bit of energy but all I want is to learn and be a good buddy, I sleep in my kennel all night + relax right away in there. I've already learned a few cues, but I could learn many more.

*Very smart - Knows sit, down, name, kennel, *Learned shake in a few tries
*LOVES to chew, will chew what you give him, not just everything.
*High energy but will redirect quickly - wants to play w/ other dogs
*Will settle into kennel to relax, sleeps in there all night
*Friendly to strangers, prone to jumping
*Motivates for treats but almost don't need them
*Easy going - will let you inspect ears, paws, mouth. *Will let you take things from him w/o guarding
