female, small, baby
DESCRIPTION
ABOUT THIS DOG: Capitol is one of the girls from the "Capitol litter." Mom was found abandoned in Capitol forest, pregnant and hungry. Puppies were named after trails in the Capitol Forest where mom wandered alone.
Capitol was the first born and the smallest of the whole litter but she is mighty. It was Capitol that was the first to learn how to climb over the puppy pen gate and escape to run free through the house. Capitol doesn't let anyone pick on her just because she is small.
She also is the most gently and loving of them all. Determined for affection, she will put her paws on your legs in front of you to stop you from walking until you take the time to give her love.
Capitol went through the Freedom Tails program, working with her handler on confidence building, leash training, house and crate training and building strong foundations to venture out into the world a strong and confident girl with her new family.
She was adopted, but unfortunately, the kids in the family couldn't commit to the needs of raising a puppy, so Capitol came back to our care. She is looking for a family willing to help her build her confidence, learn boundaries because she is a puppy, and give her an amazing forever home.
