Pixel - Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in New York, New York

Meet Pixel!

Pixel is a sweet 4-year-old girl weighing 28 lbs who was rescued from a hoarding situation in Puerto Rico. After everything she has been through, Pixel is still learning that the world can be a safe and loving place.

She can be shy when first meeting new people and will need a patient adopter who is willing to give her the time and space she needs to feel comfortable. Once she starts to settle in, her sweet personality begins to shine through.

Pixel isn't looking for someone to rush her. She's looking for someone who will celebrate the little wins and let her come out of her shell at her own pace. With love, patience, and a home where she can finally feel safe, we know this special girl will continue to blossom.

Pixel is flying to the mainland on November 9th. Submit your application now to welcome this sweet girl into your home!

About The Sato Project:

The Sato Project has been working hard since 2011 to rescue and rehabilitate the stray dogs of Puerto Rico, known locally as satos. To date, we've saved over 8,000 dogs and are committed to stopping the overpopulation crisis with spay/neuter and vaccination programs. Your adoption helps us continue this vital work.

Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
