Bestie was found discarded like garbage on a rural road in Georgia; alone, frightened, and suffering from severe demodectic mange. His skin was scabbed, his coat was nearly gone, and he looked like a little crusty alien who had been left behind. But even in that condition, there was something unmistakable about him: a gentle, trusting spirit that never gave up on people.

With medical care, nourishment, and love, Bestie transformed. His skin healed, his coat grew back, and the scared pup we first met blossomed into a joyful, affectionate, and deeply kind companion.

Today, Bestie is playful, loving, and full of heart. He greets life with optimism and people with a wagging tail, proving every day that his past didn't define him. Now he's ready for his second chance: a family who will see not where he started, but who he has become.
