Meet Peapod!

Peapod is a beautiful Pitbull/Bully Mix who is estimated to be around 4 years old and weighs approximately 50 pounds. She first found her way to us as a stray about a year ago and was later adopted. Unfortunately, due to lifestyle changes in her previous home, Peapod recently found herself back with us through no fault of her own. She will be staying in a foster home while she waits for her next, forever family!

Let's talk personality! Peapod is as friendly and fun as they come! She loves everyone she meets and is always happy to be the center of attention. Whether it's soaking up affection or making new friends, Peapod is sure to bring plenty of smiles wherever she goes! She is also a fan of tasty snacks and already knows how to "sit" when asked. Per her previous adopter, Peapod is housebroken, crate trained, and accustomed to eating her meals in her crate. She is very treat motivated and eager to learn, making her a fun pup to continue working with!

Peapod has the potential to live with another dog. A meet-and-greet with any dogs in the home will take place at the shelter to help ensure a good match. No feline friends for Peapod, please! She would do well in a home with kiddos aged 3 and older.
