Meet Lincoln!

Lincoln is an estimated 10 month old mixed breed pal, weighing in at 55 pounds. He originally came to our shelter as a stray and was never reclaimed, but despite his rough start, Lincoln has remained a sweet, gentle soul. This handsome young pup has a bright future ahead of him and is ready to find a family to share it with.

While Lincoln can sometimes be timid when hes first put in new situations, it doesnt take long for him to come out of his shell. Once he feels comfortable, his loving and affectionate personality shines through! He is the happiest guy when hes close to his human friends, soaking up pets and enjoying every bit of attention they have to offer. He is a polite and gentle young man who already knows the sit command!

Lincoln also enjoys zooming around the play yard with his canine friends, and has the potential to live with another dog in the home! A meet and greet with other dogs in the home would take place at the shelter to ensure it is a good match. He has the potential to live with a cat with slow and proper introductions. At this time we feel that Lincoln would likely do best with kiddos ages 10 or older.

At this time, Lincoln is available to head into a home now through our foster-to-adopt program while he awaits his upcoming neuter surgery. Once his procedure is complete, his adoption can be finalized. In the meantime, all Lincoln is dreaming of is a comfy couch, plenty of belly rubs, and a family to call his own!
