Meet Meeko! He is a 2-year-old handsome medium-sized boy, weighing around 55 pounds, who's ready to find a loving home to call his own. He originally came to us from a shelter in Tennessee and has been patiently waiting since 4/30/2026 for his chance at a fresh start.


Meeko is an active and lovable guy who has been bounced around a couple of times through no fault of his own. Despite all the changes, he has remained a happy, social dog who truly enjoys being around people. He especially loves treats and is eager to learn, making him a great candidate for continued training and enrichment.


Meeko would do best with active adopters who are excited to include him in training, playtime, and fun activities. He thrives when he has an outlet for his energy and a routine that keeps him engaged. We recommend that all family members come in to meet him prior to adoption to ensure a good fit. Meeko has done well with other dogs and enjoys being social, but he may be best suited for a home without small animals like chickens.
