This is one of 25 dogs who recently arrived at Mac's Mission after being rescued from an awful situation. These dogs have been through more than they ever should have, and we are committed to giving each of them the time, patience, medical care, and love they need to heal.

We are still getting to know them and learning about their personality, likes, dislikes, and needs. Their vetting is also still in progress, so we may not have all of their medical information or answers just yet. As we learn more, we will continue to update their profile.

What we do know is that they deserve a chance.

Some of these dogs have a physical road to recovery ahead of them. Others may need time to learn that people can be trusted, that a soft bed is theirs to keep, and that life doesn't have to be scary anymore. They may need a patient adopter who understands that healing doesn't happen overnight.
