Hi I am Chipper,
I am a mixed breed, year and 6 month old pup with short black fur and dark brown eyes. I arrived at C.A.R.E after transferring from Human Society of the Pikes Peak Region. I was neutered before my arrival and am good with other dogs, cats, and kids! I have a energetic personality and love to cuddle up in your lap after playing outside. I can't wait to find my forever home.
