Look who just found himself at Start II. Frankie is an adorable 4-month-old, blue-eyed terrier. Frankie came from another shelter and his past is unknown. However, that doesnt seem to matter because all Frankie has to offer is love.

One of his favorite things to do is sit on your lap and give kisses. Hell make a great companion for a family ready to shower him with affection and take the time to train, exercise, and housebreak him.
