DESCRIPTION
💕 Meet Jolene! 💕
Jolene is a beautiful 14-week-old girl weighing around 20 pounds, and she has a sweet story that is just beginning. She came into the shelter with her mama and two siblings, and she has always been the shy one of the bunch.
At first, the world felt like a pretty scary place for this little girl. But with the love, patience, and compassion of our Puppy Enrichment Team, Jolene is slowly learning that people can be kind, hands can be gentle, and she is worthy of love. 🥰
We are beginning to see her sweet personality peek through as she comes out of her shell a little more each day. She still needs time to trust, but once she does, we believe she will be an incredibly loyal and loving companion.
Our team will continue to love on Jolene, build her confidence, and help her learn that the world can be a wonderful place. But what she really needs now is her person--a family willing to be patient with her, give her time, and show her what it means to be safe and loved.
Jolene may need a little extra time to trust, but we believe the love she gives back will be worth every minute. ❤️
Could you be the family Jolene learns to trust and love forever? 🐾

ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
