Bullet A187424
34 lb. neutered male, approx 3 years old
-He's a small, skinny little guy who walks nicely on leash. He's listed as 3 years old, though he has a youthful personality that makes his age a little hard to gauge!
-Food is definitely the way to this boy's heart! He happily sits for treats and is already starting to get the hang of "easy." He'll just need a little continued practice with his manners, but he seems to be catching on quickly. He isn't showing much interest in toys at the moment, but he does enjoy pets and will occasionally sneak in a sweet little kiss.
-Overall, he's a good boy who would love some good meals, attention, and a place to settle in and be loved!
-Seems non reactive to dogs nearby and may do well living with a fur sibling after slow and proper intros
Unknown behavior with dogs/cats/kids
*Meet all of our adoptable pets on our website friendsofdacc.org/adopt
*Please keep in mind that the shelter can be a very stressful environment.
*Studies show that a minimum of 3 days decompression drastically lower stress hormones and allow the dog to show more personality after they have settled in.
*There is a suggested donation of $100 for our dogs, payable by cash, check or through paypal at the time of the adoption.
*To meet them please go to front door and a DACC staff member will assist you with adoption or fostering.
**And when coming to meet one of our dogs, please bring all the humans with you, but leave any current dogs at home. Staff will go over how to slowly and properly introduce them after a decompression period.**
*The shelter is open 7 days a week from 10:30-5:30, except for Wednesday when we open at 11:30
**We ask that if you're looking to adopt, you arrive before 5:00 to be able to have enough time to meet the dog.
